At Arlberg WellCom, we continue to follow all government mandates and remain committed to making your health and safety a top priority. 

All visitors aged 12 and older must show proof of full vaccination OR proof of recent recovery from COVID-19 or a negative test (“3-G-Regel”) to gain entry to the Arlberg WellCom.

We ask that you provide your vaccination or recovery proof or your negative test ready on your phone or printed in German or English and a valid photo ID at buying a ticket and/or at entering the Arlberg WellCom spa area. All visitors to the Arlberg WellCom are required to show proof of vaccination or proof of recent recovery from COVID-19 or a negative test if asked for inside the property, along with a piece of valid photo ID.   

Please note that your bought pass is only valid for the remainder of your vaccination or recovery proof or your negative test. If you buy a multi-day or season pass, you will have to provide new proof of your vaccination or recovery status or your negative test after expiry.

Face masks are required in all indoor settings from entrance to turnstile for all guests age six years and older regardless of vaccination status; N95/FFP2 respirator masks without vents or valves are mandatory for all visitors age 14 and older.
